Think you have a leak? Not sure? Start with a bucket test!

Step 1: Fill a 5 gallon bucket with pool water. 

Step 2: Mark the level of pool water on the inside and the outside of the bucket with duct tape or sharpie

Step 3: Place bucket on first or second step of pool or spa. With the equipment running, run test over a 48 hour period. If the water on the outside goes down further than the inside mark, you have a leak. 

Step 4: You may want to run the same test over a 48 hour period with the equipment off. 

Step 5: If it is determined you have a leak, give us a call and we can schedule a leak detection and get you a estimate to repair!
